Grandeur manufactured homes (or mobile homes) are built to meet or exceed CSA Z240 Modular Housing standard. Each section of the home is built on a steel frame under the floor joists that becomes part of the foundation system on which the home is supported.
Custom home building and quality are the two cornerstones of any Grandeur Home, therefore many floor plans are available to base your home off of, while incorporating the needs that suit you and your family best.
A manufactured home requires 21 working days to complete from the time it starts production.
