Cape Cod
A Cape Cod is considered Grandeur’s “masterpiece” modular home. Each Cape Cod is built to conform to local and national building codes and to the highest Grandeur standards. A traditional Cape Cod is 1 ½ storey’s, features dormers, and often showcases a front veranda. This type of home also has a steeper roof pitch, 9 foot ceilings, and wider trim throughout the home. Similar to any Grandeur product, a Cape Cod can be built to suit your family’s needs and desires for a home.
